Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to ensure seamless functionality across our ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and integrations.

You will design test strategies, automate workflows, and safeguard data integrity across platforms.

  • Test Planning & Execution:
    • Develop end-to-end test plans for:
    • ERP: Order-to-cash, inventory, and financial workflows.
    • CRM: Lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, and Service Cloud cases.
    • eCommerce: Checkout, payment gateways, and product syncs.
    • Integrations: Validate data mappings (e.g., eCommerce → ERP orders).
  • Integration Testing:
    • Verify real-time data syncs between systems (e.g., customer updates in CRM → ERP).
    • Debug API failures (integrations flows, webhooks, REST/SOAP endpoints).
    • Audit error logs and escalate to developers.
  • Defect Management:
    • Log defects in Jira/Monday.com, including:
    • Steps to reproduce.
    • Screenshots/API payloads.
    • Severity (P0-P3).
    • Track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.
  • Automation & Tools:
    • Build scripts for regression testing.
    • Use built-in debugger to validate integration of jobs.
    • Leverage ERP's custom test validations.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance in data handling.
    • Maintain QA wikis for test cases and runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in ERP and iPaaS tools.

Experience with platforms such as CRM, eCommerce, or integrations is a plus.

Testing Tools:

  • Postman/Swagger (API testing).
  • Selenium/Playwright (UI automation).
  • Jira/Xray (test management).

Platform-Specific Knowledge:

  • ERP: Saved searches, CSV imports.
  • CRM: Flows, validation rules, Apex triggers.
  • eCommerce: Liquid templating, GraphQL API.
  • Integrations: Error handling.

Bonus Certifications:

  • ERPSuite Foundation.
  • CRMAdmin.
  • iPaaS.
  • ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL)

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical Mindset: Isolate defects in complex multi-system environments.
  • Collaboration: Work with dev team, business analysts, and PMs.
  • Proactive: Flag risks before production deploys.

Performance Metrics:
