We are seeking a visionary and experienced Design Team Lead to spearhead our design function. As the leader of a growing team of designers, you will be responsible for delivering world-class user experiences across our digital products and brand touchpoints.

This role requires a unique blend of leadership, creativity, and hands-on design skills, combined with the ability to mentor and grow design talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pioneer the design vision, ensuring consistency across digital products and brand touchpoints.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of professional design experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design decisions effectively.
