Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will lead and manage the end-to-end production process of bus body structures. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement across the production line.

  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Jobs Per Hour (JPH), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and downtime to optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve line-level quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • At least 15-20 years of experience in automotive production.
  • Strong understanding of bus body structure design and manufacturing.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Cost control and budgeting expertise.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
  • Safety and compliance awareness.
