We are a fast-growing startup on a mission to create the world's first AI-powered finance team. Our AI agents perform tasks such as book closing, cash reconciliation, revenue forecasting, and preparing board decks instantly, accurately, and auditable in real-time.

Backed by prominent investors, we're solving the financial back-office problem with cutting-edge AI infrastructure. We're building a high-caliber team from scratch and need your expertise to shape our stack, product, and culture.

  • Founding Engineer status – Your fingerprints will shape the AI-powered finance platform.
  • Build solutions for hard problems: reasoning agents, fragmented data, and AI infra under audit constraints.
  • Equity Ownership (0.3% – 1%) with flexible cash/equity tradeoff.
  • Be one of the first few engineers in a truly mission-critical role.
  • Remote-first setup with frequent in-person collaboration.
What You'll Do
  • Architect and scale backend systems powering our AI-driven finance platform.
  • Build APIs and services using Python (FastAPI/Flask).
  • Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems.
  • Deliver features from 0 → 1 in collaboration with the founders.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and audit compliance.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years backend software engineering experience.
  • Strong builder/founder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup.
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask).
  • Top-tier university background.
  • Clear motivation for a high-impact role.
