Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Build, and Scale Backend Systems: Develop and refine backend systems that power our AI-first workspace, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Develop APIs and Services: Create APIs and services that support real-time collaboration, persistent memory, and AI expertise/skills.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with frontend, AI, and product teams to ship features at startup speed, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize for Scalability, Performance, and Security: Ensure that our systems meet the demands of a growing user base, prioritizing security, performance, and scalability.

  • Node.js / TypeScript

  • AWS / GCP
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, vector databases, or real-time systems is highly valued.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of backend development experience.
  • Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
