Senior Meta Ads Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Meta Ads Manager to spearhead international client accounts and drive measurable growth through data-driven advertising.

This role is ideal for analytical, creative, and confident professionals who can handle high-budget, performance-focused campaigns while directly engaging with clients.

  • Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
  • Client Management: Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Ad Creation & Optimization: Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
  • Budget Management: Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
