Job

Cisco UCCE CVP Engineers design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performing contact center solutions using Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Voice Portal (CVP).

They analyze business requirements, develop architecture, and lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components.

  • Analyze business requirements to design robust Cisco UCCE and CVP architectures.
  • Design Architecture: Develop and maintain detailed design documents for complex system implementations.
  • Implementation Configuration: Plan, configure, test, and deploy UCCE and CVP components.
  • System Integration: Integrate UCCE and CVP with third-party applications such as CRM systems, workforce management, IVR, call recording analytics, and other enterprise solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Cisco UCCE and CVP technologies.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing robust architectures.
  • Experience with UCCE and CVP component installation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of system integration principles and practices.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
