Role Overview:

We seek a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee vendor relationships, ensure timely supply of goods/services, and facilitate smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Liaison: Serve as a central point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
  • Onboarding and Compliance: Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Purchase Order Coordination: Ensure timely purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination.
  • Vendor Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and escalate issues when required.
  • Operational Record Keeping: Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and operational records.
  • Procurement Support: Assist procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization.
  • Financial Coordination: Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
  • MIS Reporting: Assist in preparing MIS reports and operational dashboards.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations (desired).
  • 2–4 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
