Job Title: Branch Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Service Manager. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage renewals by collaborating with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Connect with customers through various channels, including voice calls, SMS, emails, and field visits, to promote renewal sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Engage with orphan policyholders for renewal purposes, offering tailored solutions and referrals to the sales teams for upselling opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage the login of NB cases, resolve discrepancies with sales teams, and ensure daily receipt reconciliation and banking.
  • Ensure compliance with documented branch processes, maintain accurate records, and facilitate customer servicing, including claims processing.
  • Maintain the branch infrastructure, identifying and resolving any technical issues promptly, and ensuring timely maintenance.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with branch operations, guaranteeing business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
