About the Role

We seek an experienced manager to lead service delivery, oversee incident and problem management, ensuring smooth SAP application operations across business units.

  • Manage SAP AMS operations across multiple modules and landscapes.
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes for timely resolution and compliance with defined SLAs and governance standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on AMS-related issues.
  • Monitor and track service delivery performance, adhering to SLAs, KPIs, and governance standards.
  • Coordinate with teams for effective resource utilization and 24/7 support coverage.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and proactive problem prevention.
  • Support financial management of AMS contracts, including effort and costs tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices for SAP AMS delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams during rollouts, upgrades, and transition to steady-state support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in SAP delivery models and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and best practices for SAP AMS delivery.
