Key Role in Strategic Transactions

We seek a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions professional to lead the execution of end-to-end transactions.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Leadership: Oversee the origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing of M&A transactions.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including DCF and comparable company precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Negotiate terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
