Corporate Legal Professional

Our organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal professional to support our core lending operations.

About the Role

This high-impact role enables and supports our lending ecosystem by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation for co-lending transactions, securitisation, debt documentation, and related security documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for co-lending transactions with Banks/NBFCs.
  • Securitisation transactions – including PTC (Pass-Through Certificates) and DA (Direct Assignment).
  • Debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly.
  • Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions.
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines.
  • Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, debt and borrowing transactions.
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

This is a critical and strategic role with direct impact on high-value financial transactions. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and regulatory strength of our lending ecosystem.
