Job Title: Operations Field Executive

The primary role of an operations field executive is to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of a manufacturing facility. This involves coordinating with various teams, including site operations, compliance, health and safety, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and efficient vehicle movement on the ramp.
  • Implement Dumper Checklist TBT ReSOP HITRA and PTW system at site.
  • Coordinate with respective solids coke LO and PCG-MHS team.
  • Maintain daily reports for PCCS Safety Performance and Improvement as per requirement with SAP transaction details.
  • Support regular risk assessments during hand over take over and process jobs, and conduct tool box talks prior to job execution to reinforce safe work practices.
  • Execute process-related activities in line with safety operating procedures within operating range to mitigate process failures as well as reduce accidents incidents and injuries.
  • Identify document and report near-miss incidents to identify trends and prevent future occurrences of similar incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to latest safety and management guidelines like IMS ISO TQM OMS PSM QCC 5S etc.
  • Ensure adherence to LOTO N2 gas safety Line break procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a field executive in site operations.
  • Functional competencies: knowledge of general operations, manufacturing troubleshooting, sampling analysis, equipment start-up and shutdown, maintenance handover takeover.
