We are looking for a professional who can help us grow our business through innovative marketing strategies.

About the Job

This is an exciting field role that involves working with schools, colleges, and communities to promote our brand. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to travel across the city, and have a passion for field marketing and admissions.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute BTL activities such as school/college tie-ups, seminars, roadshows, kiosks, stalls, and local events.
  • Generate student leads and increase walk-ins for admissions.
  • Work with the sales team to achieve admission targets.
  • Ensure brand visibility through posters, banners, events, and other offline promotions.
  • Build good relationships with schools, colleges, and communities.
  • Share daily/weekly reports of activities and leads generated.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing/fieldwork (education sector preferred).
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel across the city.
  • Passion for field marketing and admissions.
