Territory Sales Executive
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executive to join our team in Kerala. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering primary and secondary sales targets in respect of volume, value, product/SKU market mix.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is looking to take their sales career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver primary and secondary sales targets in respect of volume, value, product/SKU market mix
- Drive outlet coverage, availability and visibility
- Ensure visibility of company products in store shelves
- Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing and collections
- Develop short term and long term sales objectives through effective use of sales data
- Application of structured selling process and negotiation techniques to achieve the business targets
- Ensure closure to grievances immediately
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

- Market returns as a percentage of sales
- Education : Graduate (+ MBA added advantage)
- Experience : 4+ years of Sales and distribution in FMCG organization
- Exposure to markets of the HQ location
- IT literate with basic fundamentals of MS – Office and Internet Explorer
