The cloud-based LeadSquared platform and product suite are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our product suite comprises numerous applications, services, and APIs built on various open-source and AWS native technology stacks deployed across multiple AWS accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire incident management lifecycle, ensuring prompt resolution of issues impacting business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response plans, procedures, and training programs.
- Analyze and report on incident trends, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven experience in incident management, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies and tools is a plus.
