Incident Management Role Overview

The cloud-based LeadSquared platform and product suite are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our product suite comprises numerous applications, services, and APIs built on various open-source and AWS native technology stacks deployed across multiple AWS accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the entire incident management lifecycle, ensuring prompt resolution of issues impacting business operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response plans, procedures, and training programs.
  4. Analyze and report on incident trends, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in incident management, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with AWS technologies and tools is a plus.
