Job Title: Data Analyst

 

About the Role

The position of Data Analyst is a vital part of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality service delivery, achieving client success, capturing and sharing data across projects, enhancing innovation, and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

The role requires collaboration with global regions on internal system rollouts and includes responsibilities such as:

  • Assisting with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for cost indices and escalation
  • Upkeeping construction project cost databases, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis
  • Managing large datasets in Excel
  • Collaborating with estimators/quantity surveyors to fill data gaps
  • Contributing to historic data collection, capture, and utilization processes
  • Performing additional duties as needed by supervisors or senior leadership
  • Coordinating with senior and technical staff
Key Skills and Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in data analysis and management
  • Understanding of IT technology, including Intranet, MS Windows, and MS Office Suites
  • Microsoft suite experience, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial
  • Attention to details
  • Experience managing and analyzing large datasets beneficial
  • Interest or experience in the construction industry
  • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dedication to current/continued professional development
  • Excellent English communication skills
