Lead Ethics & Integrity Specialist

We seek an accomplished professional to champion ethics and integrity across our organization. This pivotal role involves leading internal investigations, managing compliance with anti-harassment policies, developing training programs, and reinforcing corporate values. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR and leadership to ensure that organizational policies uphold trust and respect.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal roles
  • Deep understanding of anti-harassment regulations

  • High discretion and attention to detail

About the Role

  1. Conduct thorough internal investigations into alleged ethical violations, misconduct, or breaches of company policy.
  2. Manage anti-harassment compliance, including case handling and committee coordination.
  3. Design and deliver ethics training across departments to foster a culture of integrity.
  4. Review and update policies related to ethics, compliance, and workplace conduct.
  5. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal values.
  6. Maintain confidential reporting systems and protect against retaliation.
