Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Social Compliance Auditor. This position requires an individual with expertise in social compliance auditing, as well as strong business acumen and customer service orientation.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment; an advanced degree is a plus. They must also possess APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification and have at least 3-4 years of experience in social compliance auditing, preferably with 200+ audit days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate organizational performance in social compliance
- Conduct thorough audits to ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and reports of audit findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment
- APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification
- At least 3-4 years of experience in social compliance auditing
- Frequent domestic travel with occasional overseas assignments
Skills and Qualifications:

- Culturally sensitive and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Possesses knowledge of international and local labor standards, as well as human rights issues
