About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Knowledge Management Specialist to drive and scale knowledge management initiatives across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enable effective creation, organization, and utilization of knowledge, thereby supporting digital transformation and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  5. Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments and projects.">
  6. Establish and nurture communities of practice and knowledge networks.">
  7. Contribute to change management through communication, training, and resistance mitigation strategies.">
  8. Select and implement user-friendly knowledge management tools tailored to business needs.">
  9. Provide training to employees on KM systems.">
  10. Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of KM practices.">
  11. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in knowledge and digital transformation.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.">
  • 5-8 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably within digital transformation contexts.">
  • Proficiency in platforms like ARIS, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Salesforce, and AI video tools.">
  • Experience in creating and delivering impactful training sessions.">
  • Change management experience.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.">
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational capabilities.">
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven, strategic approach to problem-solving.">
