Job Title: Plant Human Resources Manager

Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the plant, including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, labor law compliance, and performance management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.
  • Proven experience in union negotiations, settlements, and conflict resolution.
  • Hands-on experience in plant-level HRBP activities, such as workforce planning, talent development, and performance evaluation.
  • Ability to handle large workforces, including staff, unionized employees, and contract labor.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
