Key Responsibilities

  • Software & Digital Transformation
    • Manage multiple software projects, mobile apps, and web platforms to deliver seamless user experiences.
    • Drive AI integration, process automation, and digital innovation to expand outreach efforts.
    • Oversee API integrations, cloud-based platforms, websites, and mobile apps for maximum efficiency.
    • Evaluate technology adoption decisions based on business needs.
    • Stay current with the latest tools and frameworks (Angular, React, Flutter, Node.js, Python, .NET Core, Firebase, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, AI-driven platforms).
  • IT Infrastructure & Operations
    • Lead IT infrastructure teams in managing cloud and on-premise server management, networks, and telecom systems.
    • Ensure high uptime, scalability, and minimal call drops for Tele Prayer Tower systems.
    • Guarantee 24/7 connectivity across all Prayer Towers and remote teams.
    • Implement effective IT asset management and vendor negotiations for cost savings.
  • Cybersecurity & Surveillance
    • Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect sensitive data, partner information, and ministry systems.
    • Set up and manage cloud-based CCTV surveillance systems across 104 Prayer Towers, integrating live feeds into a central monitoring dashboard.
    • Develop real-time alerting, incident response, and forensic investigation systems.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular penetration testing, audits, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Database & Analytics
    • Lead database management teams for high-performance, secure, and scalable systems.
    • Design data-driven dashboards for partner engagement, prayer requests, and outreach metrics.
    • Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT team across India.
    • Partner with stakeholders to enable technology-driven solutions.
    • Build a culture of integrity, compassion, ownership, and collaboration within the IT department.
