Senior Technical Lead Opportunity

As a senior technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead hands-on architecture and development of platforms for large language model (LLM) use cases at our company.
  • Provide technical structure to teams and work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps.
  • Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using your technical expertise.
  • Mentor junior engineers to take their skills to the next level.
  • Continually raise engineering standards to maintain high-availability and low-latency for ML inference infrastructure.
  • Optimize low latency streaming pipelines to give ML models the freshest and highest quality data.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 2+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Experience in designing, building, and scaling production applications.
  • Ability to uplevel junior engineers via processes and set a high bar for them to follow.
  • Deep customer empathy for primary customer stakeholders.
  • Passion for building an open financial system that brings the world together.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Background in rapid growth companies (from startup to mid-size).
  • Experience working with Golang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
  • Background in AI/LLM models is a plus.
