Responsibilities:

• Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online, using engaging and interactive methods to maximize learning outcomes.

• Ensure that students enjoy the course by creating a fun and supportive environment.

• Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals through regular progress monitoring and feedback.

• Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement, using data-driven insights to inform instruction.

• Conduct Demo Sessions with students to showcase their skills and increase conversions.

• Provide individualized lessons to meet the unique needs of each student, including group and private instruction as required.

Qualifications / Experience required:

">

• Formal education in Music (Guitar) or related field.

">

• Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music, with experience in teaching Guitar.

">

• Relevant teaching experience (1+ years) and excellent communication skills.

">

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

">

• Comfortable working with children and adapting to changing situations.

">

• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for students.

• Familiarity with technology and educational software.

">

• Strong subject knowledge and ability to create engaging lesson plans.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
