About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Kannada Educator located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, teaching students in grades 1-2, assessing student progress, and collaborating with other faculty members to ensure curriculum alignment and student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students in grades 1-2, incorporating various teaching methods and techniques
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to optimize learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to foster a cohesive learning environment and promote student achievement
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and performance, providing regular updates and insights
  • Participate in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a strong foundation in linguistics and pedagogy
  • Experience in lesson planning and teaching, preferably in a similar role or setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Proficiency in Kannada language, with the ability to communicate effectively and accurately
