Job Title: Highly Skilled Trainer for Well Control and Well Sharp Courses

We are seeking a seasoned professional to deliver IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp training programs on-site and virtually.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in delivering high-quality training sessions, holding the following certifications:

  • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Supervisor Level 4 Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
  • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
  • IADC Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
  • IADC Well Service & Workover Certificate – Instructor Certificate

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp courses
  • Maintaining up-to-date oil and gas course materials
  • Developing and customizing oil and gas courses and SIM snaps as per client requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who is driven to design and develop new training programs and modify existing curriculum to meet the needs of participants.

The position can be based in either Chennai or Dubai, and we welcome applications from candidates located in these regions. Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in delivering IWCF WC and IADC WS courses
  • Holding the required certificates
  • Excellent communication skills
