About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced finance leader to join our team as Senior Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the finance function, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial systems, processes and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and present timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Support senior leadership in budgeting forecasting variance analysis and financial decision-making to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage finance ERP systems ensuring data integrity user training and continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and statutory authorities during audits and tax filings.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant CA ICWA CFA or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance roles with proven team management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting principles ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills including financial analysis budgeting forecasting and problem-solving.
  • Ability to lead inspire and manage a finance team in a dynamic environment.
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations compliance requirements and accounting standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of presenting complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
