Job Opportunity

As a Marketing Insights Analyst, you will drive quality and timely service delivery in our team by collaboratively working with offshore and in-country teams for all research studies and ad-hoc request support. Your task is to create value through analytical projects combining deep category expertise and research knowledge.

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to analyze complex data sets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute solutions to business issues.

The ideal candidate has a graduate or master's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of professional experience with prior experience in FMCG, retail insights, and analytics or consulting companies. They should have a right mix of business context, data, and technology skills, including advanced MS Excel, Power BI, statistical knowledge, and Python.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and drive solutions to business issues
  • Perform deep dives for business issues: connecting dots of various data sources - brand health, panel, social media, sales data from Nielsen etc.
  • Consolidate MKT & Commercial: cross-functional portfolio analytical projects (HH panel – Nielsen – Survey)
  • Investigate hypothesis received from business by looking into various data sources such as Brand Health, Panel, Social Media, Sales data from Nielsen etc.
  • Interpret and present data/reports in an easy-to-read and comprehend storytelling manner.

Requirements

• Graduate/Masters in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or equivalent degree or work experience
