  • We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to support our existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Benefits module. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations.">
  • The consultant will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with industry standards, focusing on delivering high-quality results within project timelines.">
  • Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles; supporting Open Enrollment and Life Event processing; developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads; building and maintaining BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards; collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance; managing Oracle Service Requests and coordinating with Oracle support for issue resolution; conducting functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments; and documenting configurations, processes, and change requests.">
  • Required skills and qualifications include 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits; understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows; proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas; experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and familiarity with Agile practices.
