Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Expert to join our team. This role will involve designing compensation structures, determining salary ranges, and managing annual salary revision exercises. You will also be responsible for monitoring the organization's compensation structure and maintaining balance between compliance, cost control, and attracting/retaining staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Designing compensation structures and determining salary ranges
  • Managing annual salary revision exercises and monitoring compensation structure
  • Responsible for aligning Compensation and Benefits practices with overall HR and organizational philosophy
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design/governance
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations
