About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and payroll transactions to ensure accuracy.

  • Analyze payrolls and financial transactions to verify their correctness and authenticity.
  • Support all aspects of compensation and benefits programs, providing timely solutions to employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information, including new hires, terminations, tax elections, and ongoing earnings and deductions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement changes in policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Perform quality checks on payroll data to prevent errors and rework.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in US and Canada payroll processing, with knowledge of multi-state pay requirements and taxes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
