Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation for our software.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and maintain comprehensive documentation for software features, including user guides, release notes, and onboarding training content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product consultants, developers, and QA specialists, to gather technical information and translate it into clear, concise documentation.
  • Adhere to established documentation guidelines and processes.
  • Organize and structure content to ensure clarity and usability.
  • Identify content gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback from external reviewers.
  • Support the software development process by attending retrospective meetings and providing ad-hoc feedback to developers.
  • Conduct internal testing as part of documenting software features.
  • Assist in evaluating tools and processes to enhance our documentation workflow.
