Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. They will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to capture technical requirements, analysing business needs, and delivering technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive technical requirements are captured
  • Business Analysis: Analyse business requirements to deliver required technical solutions
  • Platform Support: Provide technical support for D365 F&O platform
  • Needs Assessment: Understand business needs and determine best technical solutions
  • Testing and Training: Support testing activities and training end users as required
  • Integration Management: Assist with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications
  • System Configuration: Ensure MS standards are followed and system is configured optimally for performance
  • Application Maintenance: Maintain, manage and support D365 application post implementation
  • Version Control: Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases and deployment
  • Technical Design: Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions
  • Documentation: Develop quality documentation as per industry standards
  • Security Management: Manage and maintain security roles and user access management
  • Printer and Scanner Support: Support DRA, Printer and scanner related requirements
  • Workflow Management: Create, Manage and maintain workflows
  • Batch Job Management: Create, manage, maintain and monitor batch jobs
