Role: Strategic Growth Marketing Specialist

The primary function of this role is to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance the company's market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid search, webinars, and other platforms to generate leads and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align messaging, target segments, and drive qualified leads through effective campaign execution.
  • Develop high-quality marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and email nurtures that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce to track lead lifecycles and campaign performance.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to refine the company's positioning and value propositions.
  • Improve website and landing page performance for lead capture and SEO purposes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including MQLs, CPL, CTR, CAC, and other relevant indicators.

In this strategic role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and execute business-driven plans that propel the company forward. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and providing recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns and their optimization.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel development and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
