  • The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, implement and oversee the overall marketing strategy for India. This involves creating a comprehensive plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with sales and operational teams to execute marketing initiatives aligned with sales goals and support bookings and revenue growth.
  • Champion One Voice within India go-to-market team and at all levels to ensure initiatives align with new product introduction, new market entry and pipeline development objectives for each market.
  • Closely collaborate with regional teams, agencies, partners, and stakeholders across APAC as well as our global brand, communications, digital and demand teams to orchestrate global, regional and local campaigns, programs and initiatives in India.
  • Inform senior leadership discussions and decisions with key market insights and competitive intelligence to ensure a positive balance between internal and external perspectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Deliver integrated programs and campaigns that support portfolio countries segment penetration, new product introduction and new market entry strategy to drive bookings and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members, peers and functional stakeholders to maximize resource efficiencies and eliminate duplicative efforts.
  • Ensure timely, standardized and wherever possible programmatized approach to execution. Remove roadblocks and bottlenecks inhibiting progress and help troubleshoot any day-to-day execution issues faced with a sense urgency.
  • Adhere to strict governance of marketing plan on internal policies including legal, compliance, finance, HR, IT and security.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
