Global Business Leader

We seek an experienced and skilled professional to lead large-scale business projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, communication, and finance management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in operating model design, service management, performance management, HR restructuring, change management, and value case management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Leveraging technical skills to support business transitions and GBS/SSC setup activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • CA or MBA (Finance) degree
  • 12+ years of work experience in business transition/GBS/SSC setup activities
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ideally, the candidate will also have experience in:

  • Business finance transformation, GBS/SSC setup
  • Project management skills
  • Exposure to tools like ERP, HFM, Visio, ARIS, etc.

Travel is regularly required for this role, and the ideal candidate will be motivated and experienced professionals looking to take on new challenges.
