Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications using various integration tools and techniques, such as REST APIs, SOAP, and data migration tools.">
• Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless user experience.">
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM applications, resolving complex issues promptly and efficiently.">
• Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance and ensure scalability and reliability of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.">
• Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and minimizing disruptions to business operations.">
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials, ensuring clarity and consistency.">
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet their needs.">

Requirements:

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.">
