Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 implementation specialist to join our team. As a senior implementation specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans that meet client requirements and goals.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather business requirements and functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client requirements and optimize business processes.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients on Dynamics 365 solutions to ensure successful adoption and maximum ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, preferably in sales operations and global/multi-country scenarios.
  • Dynamics 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX ERP, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ITIL-based processes, Agile methodology, and other relevant tools and methodologies.
