Dynamics 365 Finance Implementation Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, or other modules) for our esteemed clients.
This highly sought-after position requires in-depth knowledge of business processes and a strong understanding of system functionality to configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, collaboration capabilities, and communication skills to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design functional solutions.
- Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to empower end-users with Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Deliver expert guidance on best practices for business process optimization and system usage within Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, including data migration, integration, and custom development.
- Perform thorough gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, and user manuals.
- Support system testing, UAT, and go-live activities to ensure a successful deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to advise clients on potential improvements.
