Job Opportunity

We seek a visionary AI Architect/Senior AI Specialist with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps use cases and a strong technical background in leading AI-driven solutions across large-scale, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for large-scale systems
  2. Lead cross-functional AI teams to achieve project goals
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  4. Drive innovation and improvement through experimentation and analysis
  5. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, including Predictive maintenance, Anomaly detection, Incident management
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional AI teams, mentor junior engineers and researchers, drive project delivery and innovation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
