Lead AI Strategist

The Lead AI Strategist will drive the conception, development, and deployment of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. This encompasses spearheading AI/ML initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives and Industry 4.0 endeavors.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, accompanied by at least 3+ years of experience in leadership roles. They should also demonstrate a proven track record in deploying AI solutions on a large scale across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing state-of-the-art generative AI solutions encompassing large language models, visual language models, diffusion models, and multimodal systems.
  • Overseeing the development of scalable machine learning pipelines, ensuring robustness, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Providing technical leadership in MLOps, deployment strategies, and governance for AI models across edge and cloud environments.
  • Collaborating with executive leadership, product managers, and domain experts to shape AI-driven innovation.

Requirements:

  • Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, transformers, VLMs).
