We are seeking a skilled Claims Processing Expert to join our team in a Life Insurance and Living benefits Claims processing role.

  • Process Life Insurance and Living benefits Claims for Canadian customers with exceptional accuracy and timeliness.\
  • Collaborate with onshore teams and clients to ensure seamless processing of Claims transactions.\
  • Utilize expertise in relevant software, systems, and tools to drive efficient Claim resolution.\
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Canadian regulations, laws, and industry standards related to Life Insurance and Living benefits Claims.\
  • Communicate complex information to various stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management, through clear and concise reporting.\
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives within the department.\
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes that drive business value.\
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.\
  • Engage in active problem-solving and analytical thinking to resolve complex Claim issues and escalate when necessary.\
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.\

    • Required Skills:\
      • \
      • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Life Insurance/Living Benefits Claims background.\
      • Fluent French speaking/writing skills.\
      • Excellent communication skills – English.\
      • Proven track record of successful Claim processing and resolution.\
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and productivity.\
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
      • Experience working in Canadian processes and familiarity with relevant regulations and laws.\
      • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.\
      • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who takes initiative to improve processes and results.\
