Role Overview
The Warranty Administrator will process warranty claims accurately and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work overnight hours aligned with US Central Standard Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
- Review, code, and process warranty claims accurately.
- Maintain records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
- Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Prior experience in warranty processing is an advantage.
- Ability to work overnight IST hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
