Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing and managing cashless insurance claims efficiently and accurately.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end cashless claims of employees, including verifying policy coverage, reviewing medical records, and coordinating with Insurers.
  2. Verify policy details to ensure claim eligibility for cashless processing according to terms and conditions.
  3. Provide customer service by responding to inquiries regarding claim status and related queries.
  4. Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain additional information and clarify details when required.
  5. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or issues arising during claim processing to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of claim-related activities, communications, and transactions.
