Identity Management Engineer

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain identity management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
  • Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules.
  • Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems, APIs, and identity protocols.
  • Author secure code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
  • Monitor and support SailPoint environments with incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, deliver secure IAM capabilities, and ensure governance/compliance alignment.

Core Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in Identity & Access Management with hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices implementing automated pipelines.
  • Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes, regulatory compliance considerations, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability all underpinned by a strong work ethic.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience working in large-scale financial services or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with continuous delivery pipelines and culture of automation and quality.
  • Relevant SailPoint certifications and understanding of career pathways enabling cross-discipline mobility and seniority clarity.
