Identity and Access Data Specialist

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Identity and Access Management function, ensuring that user data is properly aggregated to Onecert according to established processes. This includes managing the periodic refresh of user data, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover and User Access Review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly update user data on Onecert to maintain accurate IAM controls.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload user lists to Onecert for effective management.
  • Generate reports and adhere to escalation procedures to source user lists.
  • Fulfill requests from stakeholders to source user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement changes to Onecert catalogue based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams to identify opportunities for improvement in user list sourcing.
  • Highlight and mitigate risks related to IAM processes.

  • Demonstrate exemplary conduct and uphold the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding high ethical standards across the organization.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
  • Certifications: Excel VBA and Macros
  • Language: English
