Identity Management Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves overseeing and troubleshooting identity environments, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective identity solutions that align with organizational goals.

  • Design and manage identity management systems using Radiant Logic's platform.
  • Integrate and synchronize data from AD and LDAP directories into Radiant Logic's virtual directory.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to identity synchronization, data flow, and directory services.
  • Configure and optimize the Radiant Logic platform to meet customer-specific requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of identity management systems, including Radiant Logic (Must have), Oracle Unified Directory, Active Directory, and LDAP technologies. Additionally, hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting identity environments is essential.

  • Hands-on experience with identity synchronization, virtual directory services, and federation.
  • Platform familiarization with Microsoft Windows Servers, IIS, and Critical services.
  • SQL experience (Basic administration and SQL query) and familiarity with database platforms such as MS SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Knowledge and work experience with the Change Management process and tools.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting production and Ops Infra support.

Additionally, you will create and maintain F5 UI in AppViewX or any other Load balancer management experience for individual applications and maintain access.

  • Incident and Change Management Experience is a Must (Service Now Preferred).
  • Handling Major Incidents and informing stakeholders about periodic updates with full ownership of incidents till closure.
