Job Opportunity:

The Identity Operations Specialist is a long-term contract position with a global technology leader. This role involves addressing ambiguous or undefined problems, employing abstract thinking, and conducting requirements analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop solutions by interfacing with stakeholders of various levels and documenting results.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management systems.
  • Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems, segregation of duties, entitlement management, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Implement modern authentication methodologies, such as SAML-based federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk.
  • Strong background in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and integrations.
  • Knowledge of database management and data structure concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across boundaries.
