Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Implementation Consultant.

As a key member of our SAP SuccessFactors payroll team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting Management modules.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting Management modules
  • Configure system settings and data migration processes
  • Develop and execute testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processes
  • Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

You will be working closely with the development team to implement and test new features and functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in SF – Employee Central Payroll implementation
  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central , Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules- SAP Certified consultant / Application Associate is preferred

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
