Job Title

An SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant is required to configure and implement multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central (EC), based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work on configuring time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and interim rules, as well as payouts, proration, and carryover logic.
  • Configure Time Valuation Rules, Time Collectors, Overtime Calculations, and Thresholds, understanding the different objects used within the Time Management modules.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Global Time and Employee Central. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
